  1. In a full body workout should you always bench press first?Okay my question is in a full body workout should you always start off bench pressing first? Ive been taught to always mix up your workouts (which I do) but would it be okay to always start off bench pressing first since its the hardest workout and requires the most st.rIgthenris Sky, yes I do 5-10 mins of cardio before I workout, then I stretch, then I get to the lifting. I mean after that is it ok to bench press first?
